Picture it: A protest blocking the lanes of one of the busiest freeways in Denver (I-225). What could go wrong? The driver of a blue Jeep who found himself in a very precarious position because of the demonstration, didn't want to wait around and find out. So he sped through the crowd. District Attorney George Brauchler joins Dan to explain why no charges were filed against said driver. Also, Hidin' Hickenlooper peeks his head above ground just long enough to refuse answering whether he supports packing the Supreme Court.
