His name is Christopher Morphis and he is a touring live performance artist, who creates live paintings that are unbelievably detailed despite being quickly completed on stage during a musical set. He has been described as the fastest, most engaging live painter on the planet, astounding even other professionals in his field and audiences everywhere he performs. He is a popular attraction at festivals and has performed alongside a range of music groups including tour in 2010, alongside well-known bands, such as 311, Matisyahu, Nahko and MFTP, Papadosio, Rebelution, Slightly Stoopid, Sublime with Rome, and many more. Chris has performed at crowds of major festivals across the country as well, including Aura, California Roots, Hulaween, Okeechobee, Purple Hatters Ball, and Resonance. We were lucky to get Morphis into the studio while he was touring thru the state of Texas.
