Big news in the business world today as Jeff Bezos announces he will step down as Amazon CEO later this year. Could this signal his interest in becoming an NBA owner? We've been saying that Bezos is about one of the only people that could afford the giant price tag. There seems to be a lot of confidence that a team will return in a few years, so maybe the Leiwekes and the Oak View Group know something that we don't. Whatever happens, we likely won't see a basketball team for at least two more years so that the Kraken have time to establish themselves.
