Late last night the Mariners traded Mike Zunino and Guillermo Heredia to the Rays for Mallex Smith. Zunino is one of the nicest guys in the game, but offensively, it never worked here. Maybe the injuries played a role, but whatever it was, the M's never got the results they expected. Was last weekend's Cougar victory a sign of a good team, or a concerning win? Jim Walden answers this question, discusses the ever-apparent problem of targeting penalties, and how Colorado might try to attack the Cougars this weekend. Mallex Smith met with the media today. He talks about what it's like being back in Seattle, presumably for more than 77 minutes. So... if Smith is presumably going to play center field, where is everyone else moving?
