When people are frustrated, they react in aggression. The levels of aggression can vary with the amount of frustration. Ideally, we are taught how to channel our frustrations into appropriate physical and cathartic manifestations of aggression, but if you are not physically literate and lack the actual physical skills to be aggressive without hurting your body--what do you do? The pressure builds up until you explode. This is another reason to have proper physical education in K-12 schools so our youth can go out a vent a little bit in a positive way.
