We also have to look at ourselves too... some of us have an addiction to helping others because of compassion. Some of us do not know balance because of cultural conditioning

As I have gotten older I feel the draining from negative people, and social media with all this politician crap.I distance myself from the negative ones and kind of don’t even see them when there near me, I block them
