Kelly Nelson's story is relatable to all womenn who have found themselves living in someone else's shadow and struggling to find their own identity. As a coach, Kelly helps women overcome self-doubt and realize their potential. The podcast highlights the importance of breaking free from negative messages and societal expectations to achieve personal growth and fulfillment. Kelly's mother's self-doubt and her father's insecurities held her back from finishing college, and she never finished anything in her life because she never felt she could. After her mother passed away, Kelly refused to let her dreams die with her and was reinvigorated to try new things and tackle new adventures every day. Kelly's message to listeners is that they are never too old to learn anything they choose to learn, and whatever they tell themselves is what they will believe and manifest.
