Es: Juan, María y Carlos se encontraban en una reunión familiar muy divertida.
En: Juan, María and Carlos were in a very fun family reunion.

Es: La comida estaba deliciosa y la música sonaba a todo volumen, pero lo que realmente los tenía emocionados era la partida de dominó que estaban jugando.
En: The food was delicious and the music was blaring, but what really got them excited was the game of dominoes they were playing.

Es: El juego había empezado hacía una hora y todos estaban jugando muy bien, pero había alguien en especial que estaba ganando todas las rondas.
En: The game had started an hour ago and everyone was playing very well, but there was someone in particular who was winning every round.
