In this episode, Shafondra + Glenn talk about the mental and emotional side of launching a podcast. About This Life is Shafondra's brainchild, an idea she's held onto for over 4 years. She speaks about what held her back from moving forward for the longest time. Shaf also digs into the crates to share her Vision/Mission statement that she wrote for a grad school class back in 2007. It's eerily similar to what she's doing now. She also speaks for the first time about being an author of a self-published book, The Power of Your Inner Game. 

Even though Shafondra was reluctant to see her gifts and talents, others see and Glenn expresses his observation of her growth over the years.
