On this week's show Kara and Christen get up close and personal with Catherine Vogt, Associate Head Coach at USC, 2016 Head Olympic Open Water Coach, and the personal coach of Haley Anderson, one of the best open water swimmers in the world. Catherine shares all that she’s learned from her long coaching career starting at UNC, her alma mater, and leading her to USC where she works with one of the best coaches in the world, Dave Salo. Catherine has gained a wealth of wisdom, and is passionate about not only helping her swimmers reach their full potential in sport, but also preparing them for life after sport. Catherine also gives us the “inside scoop” on the open water swimming world, and how she finds balance in this crazy coaching world as a woman and a mom.
