Olympic gold medalist Samantha Arsenault Livingstone has taken her passions of being genuine, real and owning her story and started her own business speaking and coaching women.  Samantha dives deep into her story of being harassed on the pool deck as a young girl, which eventually led to an eating disorder through her swimming career. She shares the story of the struggle she fought through as she transitioned from being a high school—Olympic gold medalist to college swimming.  Sam also tells us about the horror of watching her daughter be rushed into emergency heart surgery, and how that moment has changed her life forever.  Join us as we have some very deep, raw conversations about the “real life” of an Olympic gold medalist with this inspiring and courageous woman.
