Everyone says you should meditate more. How many of us want to but need some help to actually FEEL like we can access this quiet state? Today’s guest guides individuals through the spiritual vortexes of Sedona and helps them to experience the energy in a way they may not on their own. She’s not just guiding tours but guiding spirits to access their inner wisdom in unique, energetically charged places and spaces to experience life differently.

BIO:
Vishali Shahin lives in Sedona, Arizona, where she does spiritually oriented vortex tours and meditations. She helps us integrate the energies of Sedona so we can take our experience home with us to transform our lives. Vishali was a registered nurse for 34 years, mostly in a Medical Center in Berkeley, California. In the early part of her life she spent two and a half years living in an ashram in India. Meditation and Eastern philosophy has now become the basis of her life. Especially working with the mind and discovering the ploys of the ego, so we can catch it more often. In 2012, she left nursing and moved to Sedona where she now teaches on her tours just how easy it can be to have a more quiet mind, no matter where we are. She also does private spiritual counseling sessions on Skype or on the phone.
