It's Wrestlemania IX, and they say it's not how you start, it's how you end that matters most. Well this one went off the air like five of the previous eight Wrestlemania's had, with Hulk Hogan holding the WWF Title aloft...only this time, he wasn't even in the WWF Title Match? So how or why did Hulk Hogan pick up the Gold, and why is this considered by many to be the worst Wrestlemania of all time? Is that warranted, or is this a misunderstood gem of wrestling's past?
