June is so many things. She is an academic, a business women - founder on Mountain Top Perspective, Higher Education Consultant, chair of the Chartered Institute of Marketing UK, a NED, mentor and coach.
June's story and expert knowledge will help you understand what it means to be courageous when making those life changing decisions and strategic business decisions. In this part she talks about how she conducts meetings to ensure that they are inclusive in her role as a chair of board of the Chartered Institute of Marketing and in business. She cover her approach to strategic decision making that includes writing to all those involved, makes sure that everyone is involved before and during the process of making the decision. She insures that she minimises bias in meetings and investigates the background to the need of the decision due to be made before the actual meeting. June also covers how she fosters a culture of decisiveness in her life and in business. She calls for the need to listening to reflectors as they need time to gather their thoughts and getting a team that questions you. June only regrets decisions that she wasn't able to make and covers more.
