Rose still holds the British record for the road 10K with 27:34 - 8th fastest road half marathon with 61:03 - also has an impressive marathon PB of 2:21!

Nick has some great stories of running in the 70s: Winning NCAA titles, running with and against American legends like Prefontaine and British legends like Steve Jones - also one of the first ever athletes to try out Nikes when they came about - the famous waffle shoe!

Sound is patchy in the first 10mins - but stick with it - this one is 10/10!!
