London-based Fat Lama received $1M in seed funding to launch its service that lets individuals share everything from toys-to-tools. Miami, Florida-based Cargo4 is helping shipping companies sell the free space in trucks after they have dropped off their deliveries.

Business Founders need to listen to this episode if you think you are an entrepreneur because you might not be one. In Episode 6, I review the 4 stages of a Founder's job transition, which includes a Frontline Worker, Frontline Manager, Executive Manager and finally an Entrepreneur.
