I have been struggling with Impostor Syndrome over the past couple weeks and I'm pretty sure I'm not alone.

As I researched more on the topic I found some much info that resonated with me- I’ve created this post to explain what impostor syndrome is, how it relate to chronic illnesses and some tips to combat it.
