Katie wraps up her talk with ChangeMaker, Elizabeth Rosin, the founder of Rosin Preservation. Since 2006, Elizabeth has helped clients secure federal and state historic tax credits for over $3 billion dollars of building rehabilitation. Sixty of these projects, to date, have invested over $356 million to create or refurbish affordable housing.
