Vulnerability is a form of nakedness that allows us to birth and be birthed--one transformation after the next. In this episode we discuss the irony of needing prerequisites to accessing vulnerability as it is human nature and our birthright. History, trauma, fatigued nervous systems and other variables contribute to the need to have some foundational practices and prerequisites to remembering vulnerability as a pathway to deeper connection to ourselves, our children, and each other.
