It was a joy featuring Arolyn Williams a Principal Dancer with Ballet West on The Chelsea Keefer Podcast. Arolyn and I talk cross-training and the different methods that she tried before landing on Gyrotonics. What it was like being a part of an all arts high school and later the process of moving up through the ranks within Ballet West. The moments of struggle and self- criticism to becoming a scientist within one's approach to technique class. Arolyn is a true mentor to me on and off the stage. I have been grateful to connect with her over cross training and the little bits of wisdom she offers, whether its in the studio, on the stage, or in a one on one conversation.
