If your mindset isn't healthy, following your heart will lead you wrong. Many people choose to remain in the same unhealthy states of minds.They go through life causing self-destruction and self-sabotage in their own lives, yet many blame others. The mindset is everything, because everything you do is determined on how you think, which fuels feelings and actions. I've always said you can gain or obtain a lot, but you'll never be at peace, because you don't have peace within.
