Do you sleep enough? I know I am very guilty of staying up too late to get one more thing done and then skimping out on sleep. I used to throw around the phrase “I’ll sleep when I’m dead.” Well, after hearing from sleep consultant Zeke Medina, I learned that getting limited sleep could actually lead you quicker towards death! Heart disease, cancer, Alzheimer’s - these are all things I would like to avoid if at all possible. And sleep is something that can help you do that!
