This week’s ChangeMaker is Vivian Brady-Phillips, the Executive Director of the Jersey City Housing Authority. The JCHA is the state’s second-largest public housing authority and provides affordable homes to 1 in 14 Jersey City residents. Vivian’s team serves over 15,000 residents and is responsible for the administration of over 7,00 housing units, including approximately 2,500 public housing units and over 4,000 Housing Choice Vouchers.
