MAJESTIC 12, a clandestine para-governmental organization convened under an executive order by President Harry Truman after several UFO sightings and an alleged alien spaceship crash in the New Mexico desert in 1947. This was a pivotal time in UFO history - it could be surmised that it was our first attempt at UFO disclosure. There have been numerous scientists and skeptics who say, "Nothing to see here" and so many of these sensational reports have been left for discernment. For decades, UFO and alien stories have reached the point of folklore and urban legend, especially through Hollywood movies and tabloid journalists. However, today it appears there are serious investigations originating from Washington DC with efforts to declassify documents about UFO/UAP technology and retrievals.
