In Episode 35, Paige Mitchell shares with us her journey from burnout to thriving. Making the switch between counseling and coaching was the first active step in her healing. The biggest difference was that in one of those practices people actually wanted to be there. Building healthy boundaries is what keeps this coaching lifestyle sustainable.

Paige earned her Masters in Counseling and has over 10 years experience in the mental health field. Her strong background in clinical psychology over the years has helped her make the switch from therapist to coach as she implements strategies that help people become more accountable and start taking action now, no matter how small.
