In Episode 34, we re joined by guest Renee Schulte, whose story works a little backwards from many who experience burnout. Instead of emotional burnout, her body burned out, forcing her to focus on recovery immediately. After a lot of introspection and looking back, Renee realized that she was achievement focused and abandoned the care for her own mind. Renee started seeking help after healing from an infection that was caused by medications that were supposed to be making her feel better. Now, she lives a life she loves with margin!

A former legislator, therapist, and consultant. She teaches overwhelmed healthcare professionals how to create healthier policies at home, work, and in life. In consulting life, she builds and shapes mental health systems and is frustrated with how health and mental health has become partisan. Renee empowers others to change their message and impact the future of healthcare
