Today I’m talking about how you can be more positive starting right now. I think we can all agree that the past year has been a drag. In the best case scenarios, we were stuck at home and bored. And the people in this group were the lucky ones. In the worst case scenarios, people lost their lives or loved ones. A pandemic shut our world down, and although we’re finally coming out of it, most of us have some residual negative mind clutter that we still need to deal with.  One of the most powerful things that we can do to start dealing with that negative mind clutter is to make sure we’ve got a positive attitude. You may still have a positive attitude, or it may be lost somewhere in the negative mind clutter. Or maybe you’ve been on high alert so long that you need to remind yourself why having a positive attitude is important. It may seem trite, but our attitude is one thing that we can control when we can’t control anything else.
