This week's showgram was fabulous as always and included a first for the Honchos - a guest! That is right, a guest. Another voice added to the madness for the soccer segment. Friend of the show, and noted soccer head, Coach Bryan Lanham helped breakdown the emergence, and then disappearance, of the proposed European "Super League'' in soccer, which was one of the biggest stories in sports for about 24 hours.

Tonight was the 5th anniversary of the death of Prince so there was a tribute to Prince before moving on to the break-up of A-Rod and J-Lo and Rob's fascination with "superfetation." After a quick discussion of Zack Snyder movies it was time to open the sack of sports.

In the NHL/NBA/MLB segment featured the Honchos on the following: ads on NHL jerseys, Patrick Marleau's historic night, an examination of what is wrong with the Mets off the field and the Yankees on the field, and a quick look at the start of what will surely be contentious CBA talks between the MLB and the MLBPA.

The NFL Recap featured yet another Deshaun Watson lawsuit update (complete with his new lawsuit theme song), Brett Favre and Mark Davis putting their feet in their mouths, the retirement of Alex Smith, and the potential new names for the Washington Football Team. Spoiler alert! Most of them suck.

After a discussion of Joe Buck being added to the list of celebrity guest hosts on Jeopardy, the Honchos and Lanham dissected the Super League before declaring it dead on arrival.

The show crossed the finish line tonight with the Dope of the Week. Tonight's winner was Jean Segura of the Philadelphia Phillies.
