In December 2020 I was sick and tired of being sick. I had been ill for the last 25 years. I had been homebound for 10 years. I had asthma, digestive issues, and 22 years of undiagnosed Lyme and Bartonella and then discovered a lifetime of mold exposure, CIRS, graves disease, SIBO, and the list goes on. I was down to 10 foods I could eat and struggling to walk and stand. Terrible brain fog, and a lot of nerve pain, and I was tired all the time. I was so limited and I was so frustrated! Nothing I, did nor the wonderful practitioners I worked with, were able to move the needle in my health, (Maybe you have been there?) It was not until I started using regenerative nutrition and detoxification principles on December 10th, 2020 that my health started to improve.
I had no idea what was possible


Using these principles my diet started to expand in 3 days.
By 3 months my brain fog had lifted, and my walking was improving. It is now 235 months later. I no longer have any of the above labels. I am no longer disabled. I am able to participate in life and work again helping others restore their health (after 26 years of diasability) I truly had no idea that getting my health back was possible ! Last night I played pickle ball for 1 hour. No pain, no struggle playing! And I walked home a 45 min walk! I am so grateful to have my life back and want others to have hope they can restore their health as well.
