In this episode of Small Town Tales, my guest, paranormal researcher Mike Delcoro, shares his insights on the benefits of extrasensory deprivation in connecting with spirits. Experimentation with techniques to move past the “left” brain and open channels to higher vibrations to communicate with the spirit world has been used for nearly a century. The Victorians used transcendent meditation; the Germans sought occultists and psychics to advance war strategies by tapping into the spirit world; Hans Holzer and even the Warrens tried various experiments to connect with Spirit.
