Alternative Healing Modalities are becoming a way of life for many people. Improving the quality of life in many ways. As more and more people continue to recogonize that they can take steps to help themselves to not feel the stress of day to day life in such a way that it impacts their health, these althernative's are becoming popular. What I find appealing about them is that it does not require make abrupt changes but these can be considered as add-in or add-ons. The goal is to take your body from a flight or fight stage and into a calm state or relaxed.
