Mooniek Seebregts (and her business partner Martina Caviezel) are both recognized as The Parent Empowerment coaches. They specialize in empowering moms and dads to be the parents they have always aspired to be, helping them to succeed in the demanding "job" of raising confident, resilient, and loving kids.
Over the years, these talented coaches through their business Great Parents Empower, have noticed that many parents unconsciously rely on the use of outmoded systems and counter-productive behaviors that were carried forward from their own upbringing. Often, when starting a family, new parents realize that they don't understand exactly what parenting entails. Soon, the list of must-do tasks ends up dominating life, work, and relationships, and slowly, parents lose track of who and how they really would like to be as parents.
In the 7-week GreatParentsEmpower online course, Mooniek (and Martina) help parents learn the skills needed to be a great parent no matter the age of their kid(s). This is accomplished by dismantling old ideas and unreal fantasies.
