it must have been a thousand or so books. There was a lot of 60s books there. Never thought about how some parent must have lost their mind when their child brought home a mature book.

Primary. It was 5th grade. Our school was old for the US. The library used to accommodate older students. When they went to a new school, the books apparently stayed. Holy Blood Holy Grail was also there.
