In today’s conversation I chat with Caitlin D’Esterre who is a nurse in Calgary Alberta. We start by talking about life balance and how she builds community around herself. Then we move on to talk about a project she’s been working on called Mother’s Own Milk or more commonly know as the MOM Project. Caitlin’s knowledge and passion really come through in our conversation and I found this conversation to be very enlightening and shocking at the same time.
