In anticipation of Veterans Day on Friday, November 11th, this episode paid tribute to the men and women, past and present, of our Armed Forces. We booked an all star lineup of American Heroes and we were not prepared emotionally for what would resonate to our ears, heads, and hearts. These powerful testimonials will move you with stories of perseverance, anguish, and an unmistakable sense of humility. Special guest Kevin Pihl joined us on the broadcast, to share his personal journey of service and how it shaped who he is today. There was one other Veteran sitting at our table during the podcast. Can you guess who it was?

Dothan's Dustin Davis currently serves and met his bride who also serves in the same unit! Dustin shared their unique love story and a powerful message related to the care of our Veterans during the holiday season. You don't want to miss this interview.

Mobile's William Stratton is one Veteran in a long lineage of Vets dating back to the Revolutionary War and he shares two amazing stories from his time in the Army. One was about a young girl that he'll never forget and the other centered on the shot of a lifetime that had a 6 week impact on "Rocket Town". Both left us speechless and thankful for the freedoms our Nation provides.

Chattanooga's John Turner joined us for a round of Satellites Unlimited Podcast Trivia. John served for eight years and was a part of two deployments during his time in the military. Could John be the first contestant to nail all five trivia questions?

While we search and propose different sponsors, you shared your service stories with us and we discussed them on the air. We recognize all the Vets mentioned in your submissions. Some folks just wanted to tell us how thankful they were for our service men and women. We loved seeing the outpouring of support for our Armed Forces!
