Mash made a youtube vid explaining his progression and he intentionally pushes the weight on blocks and then progresses to hangs then to floor throughout the training cycle. Conjugate style variation slowly moving to more specific lifts

I snatch 10kg more from blocks than floor, so there’s really no need for me to go from blocks. Need to get stronger or better positions from the floor

I agree with Sester mostly. When newer people ask about etiquette, I tell them the rule of thumb is that if you can’t do the lift at the weight someone else is, be respectful and not in front of them
