Dr. Emily and Susie Procini, Thank you so much for this episode!! I AM a HSP!! But I've never heard that phrase and have never had anyone "give me permission" to be one! I've struggled most of my 71 years to stop being so sensitive, to toughen up, etc and it always felt so wrong! Ive always been highly intuitive and that was usually welcomed, but I usually didn't "trust my gut" and usually didn't say something. And that always felt wrong too!! Dr. Emily, I also appreciated how in-tune you were to Susie and were able to paraphrase what she was saying. Thank you both so much!! Now I'm off on another life mission to embrace my strengths and "shadows"!!
