Artur Shvartsberg aka The Iron Wolf is an active Gunnery Sergeant in the US Marine Corps.

Nashy discovered the Wolf on Instagram and has been following him for a while. Discipline and the grind are key factors that have made the Wolf such a popular figure in fitness.

He checks into 'Rep City' everyday and does more before breakfast than most do in a full week.
