John, Kelly and Good Morning Callum talk through another good week of training and a stellar set of results at the Severn Bridge Half Marathon.
We talk through as many other race results as we can, including: UTMB, Green Man Ultra, 100K World Champs and Antrim Half!
We go into Kelly's Corner and the hot topic this week is - the long run!
AND... we have an interview with 2:45 marathoner Kate Drew!
