There is a vast shortage of people going into preaching ministry. Many are calling the shortage a crisis, and all agree that it will only get worse. In their desperation to find people to fill the pulpit, churches are putting even less emphasis on vetting people. In this episode, we talk about reasons this will exasperate the problem of abuse, and what churches can do about it.
