Nancy Sebastian Rasay DeCastro – Former Nuclear Biological Chemical (NBC) Specialist in the Army. Honorably discharged with a rank of Sgt. She has a Bachelor of Science in Social Work and a Masters in Family Life. Nancy currently works for Mountain View Behavioral Health as a Case Manager with people who have been diagnosed with a severe and persistent mental illness. She has been working in this field for 20 years, and we look forward to having her as a special guest panelist during one of our upcoming monthly Celebrate You Mental Wellness Panel discussions this year.
