For too long black men have endured so much trauma and suffered in silent. It has been taboo for black men to be in tune with their emotions and to express themselves. In hopes to help overcome those stigmas, the ladies rounded up a group of fellas to have a honest conversation about black men's mental health. The group of men consisted of Daniel Boyd, Lebert Lester III, Britton Bragg, Devin McCrorey and Charon Smalls, LCSW, who facilitated the conversation. All of the men hail from different backgrounds. They get real about having safe and healthy spaces for men to express themselves, coping with trauma, black women not being responsible for black men's healing and much more!
