Accept Yourself
Psalm 139:14(NIV) I praise you because I am fearfully and wonderfully made; your works are wonderful, I know that full well.
Part of accepting yourself is forgiving yourself. Your past, your present, mistakes, bad habits, etc.
Absolve Yourself
Absolve: set or declare (someone) free from blame, guilt, or responsibility.
Luke 12:7 Indeed, the very hairs of your head are all numbered. Don’t be afraid; you are worth more than many sparrows
Let go of things that you can’t control, old relationships that don’t bear any fruit, realities that aren’t in effect.

Affirm Yourself
1 Peter 2:9(NIV) But you are a chosen people, a royal priesthood, a holy nation, God’s special possession, that you may declare the praises of him who called you out of darkness into his wonderful light.
Remind yourself of who are and more important, who God says you are.
