The 4 is the most intuitive of all the Enneagram types.

Also known as the Individualist, the Romantic or the Intense Creative, Enneagram 4s are deeply connected to feelings, both their own and the emotional undercurrents in their environment.

At their best, we experience 4s as sensitive yet content. But 4s can also come across as melancholy, overly dramatic or temperamental.

So, how can Enneagram 4s leverage the full anatomy of their Enneagram type to shine their creative gifts onto the world?

On this episode of The Leadership Formula, I introduce you to the anatomy of the Enneagram 4, discussing how 4s are motivated by the need to express their uniqueness and be authentic.

I explain what a 4’s deep emotional capacity looks like coming from a healthy versus unhealthy place, describing how they can lean into their 5 wing for strategy and their 3 wing to take action on their goals.

Listen in to understand how a 4 under stress moves into the unhealthy, over-giving 2 and find out how an Individualist can build structure into their life and push toward their growth number, the healthy Enneagram 1.
