Great episode, and advice for the journey towards long-term sustainable financial success. I'd also suggest that health could be a form of money; good health especially. Consider the alternative of poor nutrition, unfavorable DNA and lifestyle. Healthcare expenses are arguably the most significant yearly expense for those +70 years old.
