Eat Denver recently released their 2020 Dining Deck that has 50+ restaurant specials throughout the Denver metro area. We sit down with Katie to talk about all things Colorado food scene. From her humble beginnings interning for 5280 to now running a wonderful non-profit that helps independent & locally owned restaurants. Between the real talk there are tangents galore of boarding school, Christmas movies, Ohio, and Feugo Margs. Shout out to our location this week, Lola Coastal Mexican, on Boulder St. in LoHi Denver, we had a BIG time as can be heard from the hour long laugh track.
