In this episode, we sit down with Debkishore (Deb) Chatterjee, who was facing obstacles on how to turn his 8 years of banking experience in India into a meaningful Compliance career in Canada. We explore several ways to reaching out to your network on LinkedIn and discovering what certificates and credentials would boost his career. I gave Deb some tough love and explained much of the work in finding a Compliance role is showing that you are resourceful, able to conduct research and the ability to explain findings in a concise way.
