After years of coaching individuals to develop their personal brands, and working with non-profits to build a brand strategy, her career is taking a pivot from HR practitioner into corporate brand strategist.

With a background of 15 years as an HR professional, Elisa is obsessed with the role HR plays within the business. In this role as a brand strategist, she has the opportunity to counsel, advise and support other HR leaders to optimize their people strategy.

Identifying the value proposition - both internally and externally - is a crucial component of her role. She wants her clients to be raving fans who experience the highest quality of service, expertise and value.
