Detroit Tigers VP Scot Pett admits that he has his work cut out for him, along with generating ticket sales in general, despite winning on the field, given the area that his staff sells to. Pett discusses some of the harmful generalizations about selling in the Detroit/Michigan marketplace, along with how big signings of free agents have stabilized some of the season ticket sales for the team.
