Justin is the genius behind restaurants in the Mile High City such as Root Down, Linger, El Five, Ophelia's & Vital Root. Justin has a veggie forward menu, to the surprise of many when he started this venture 10+ years ago has succeeded and created a foothold in the dankness industry in Denver. Outside of food, Justin has a great story, which reminds the team alot of themselves... dreamers that followed their passion. He has a great back story of how he found his niche in the food industry.. taking him from NY to FL to CO then back to FL before returning to CO... inspirational journey, with hilarious antics along the way. Justin is pretty much one of us, from his love for the Dead, his passion for food, and appetite for life.. this guy is a winner in every sense of the word.
